Room Hire Pricing
Casual Room Hire
Casual Room hire is $50 per hour.
Maximum room hire rates capped at $200 per day.
No charge in the case of client no-shows or cancellations.
Full Day Room Hire
Our rooms can be reserved for the full day from 10am to 12am for a cost of $250 per day.
Hire outside of these times available on request.
Full day room hire should be paid in advance at the time of booking.
Studio 86 Room provisions
We aim to provide all the essential needs and products required by sex workers to carry out a safe an enjoyable booking.
Each Studio 86 room is equipped with the following:
Queen size bed with deluxe headboard
Full size mirror
In-room shower
Dimmable lighting
JBL speaker with clock and bluetooth connectivity
Central air conditioning
All sizes of condoms
Lube
Commercial grade towels
Dental dams
Wet wipes & tissues
Body wash & femfresh
Also available for a nominal charge:
Massage oil ($10/bottle)
Soft tampons/sponges ($5/item)
Studio 86 Room Hire Policy
While we aim to provide a friendly and relaxed environment, we do have several rules in place to ensure a safe and professional work space.
Please find below a set of rules we ask you to agree to when hiring rooms at Studio 86:
Studio 86 rooms are available to sex workers providing commercial sexual service on a by-booking basis. Our rooms are not available to the general public or for clients to hire for one-off encounters.
Full payment is required at the time of a booking taking place, by payment in cash or eftpos to Studio 86 staff. Alternatively pre-payment can be made via our website or bank transfer.
At the conclusion of each booking, hirers are requested to change the bedding and towels in the room they have used, and waste products disposed of hygienically in the bins provided.
The essential products required for sex workers are provided by Studio 86 for the purpose of being used or consumed only during a booking, and these products are not to be removed from the premises.
Studio 86 is a smoke-free environment, and we request any smoking take place outside and away from the front entrance of our building.
Studio 86 is a drug-free environment. Please do not consume, trade, or provide to another person, any illicit substance while hiring rooms at Studio 86.
Studio 86 reserves the right to recover the cost of repair or replacement for any damage caused by deliberate or wilful means by hirer.
Studio 86 is a shared workspace and each hirer is expected to maintain a high standard of cleanliness when using any part of the Studio 86 premises.
Accomodation queries
We are often asked if we can provide overnight accomodation. We do not have the ability to provide a space to stay overnight at our premises.
However, immediately next door to our building is an accomodation provider with nightly options starting at $65/night, and private rooms available for $100/night.
